I was extremely happy with the service and professionalism of the sales and finance personnel that I met at my local Sytner, Tring, dealership. I was kept up to date throughout the buying/build process with delivery coming earlier than anticipated.

I was having issues with EMAC when trying to move my service plan to my new car, failing to resolve the issue. I spoke to Lloyd at Tring and he was able to quickly resolve the matter and move the plan over. The usual excellent service quality.

Perfect service but slipped up as twice requested a quote ahead of the appointment and never received it and, on the day dropped my car and explained that if at all possible it would be good to get it back asap. mine was the last to leave at 5,45pm!
