First experience of purchasing a new car. There were a few technical issues which meant I had to sign documents again but very satisfied. Husayin made sure all documents and financial documents were signed ahead of the pick up

I was having issues with EMAC when trying to move my service plan to my new car, failing to resolve the issue. I spoke to Lloyd at Tring and he was able to quickly resolve the matter and move the plan over. The usual excellent service quality.

Perfect service but slipped up as twice requested a quote ahead of the appointment and never received it and, on the day dropped my car and explained that if at all possible it would be good to get it back asap. mine was the last to leave at 5,45pm!

The service is generally very good, the staff friendly and helpful. But parts prices are so high - nearly £400 for a 12V battery for my E63! High parts prices kill older cars, as well as their residual values.

Recall work done well but disappointed at receiving an advisory regarding re suspension 6 months out of warranty and only 300miles after last check in warranty. Had car since new, total 10k miles and surprise yo get an advisory just out of warranty.

I phoned them first and was told I had to wait 3 weeks for them to investigate the safety issue. BUT BMW Assist booked me into the same dealer the same day. But Sytner did the job. The receipt included a Citnow video but I never got one.

The team were great at the Dealership and service was quick, It was disappointing to see that none of info I gave on the online check in a few days prior to appointment were not on the job card. Also my instruction to keep seat as is were ignored.

There were some issues with water flooding the back chairwell which took several days to dry out. There were issues with the front tyres which I was promptly informed of. Jack was exceptional at updating me.

I had a stunning I4 as a loan car. Inside the car were empty cans of Coke, Pizza crusts in the front cup holders, dips and tissues in the door pockets and crisps over all the seats. I removed all the above when I got home but did take pictures.

During the service the front and rear BMW dashcams were disconnected and a notice hung in the car. When I got home, I tried the reconnection but at 87, I have lost a lot of my sense of touch. I then had to drive back to have them reconnected.
