Everything worked. Previous BMW written off and I needed another quickly. Matt Haynes & I sourced a suitable replacement vehicle within the Sytner Group which was delivered to Tring and prepared for the off before I could get the cash sorted.

When buying a new car I always ask for Gerry Lane, as I know he will help me choose the right model for my needs. Once received he spends time to make sure I am aware of new features and functions and is happy for me to call if I have more questions.

Great experience, only comment was that registration was only confirmed less than 24 hours before collection and therefore gave me precious little time to arrange my insurance as it was a working day

The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. They were polite, friendly and very attentive to me and my young son. He was given a small gift which made his day! The showroom was immaculate and coffee and biscuits a great bonus.

Car was booked in ok, only when I got there told I would have to leave for a few days. communication was ok on day 1 and 2, then nothing on day 3, I had to chase effectively 2 working days after to see if the car was ready.

After some initial confusion, Sytner Tring went out of their way to meet my needs. This comprised a courtesy car, and a birthday gift for my mother. Both of which were much appreciated. Elaine and Sam (and the receptionist) deserve special praise.

My issue was not resolved (unable to identify problem). Also the car lost its rear tow hook cover (cost me £115) while at the garage. Although the service video showed it missing already, this was after it had sat outside at BMW from Thurs to Monday

I was having issues with EMAC when trying to move my service plan to my new car, failing to resolve the issue. I spoke to Lloyd at Tring and he was able to quickly resolve the matter and move the plan over. The usual excellent service quality.

Perfect service but slipped up as twice requested a quote ahead of the appointment and never received it and, on the day dropped my car and explained that if at all possible it would be good to get it back asap. mine was the last to leave at 5,45pm!

The service is generally very good, the staff friendly and helpful. But parts prices are so high - nearly £400 for a 12V battery for my E63! High parts prices kill older cars, as well as their residual values.

I phoned them first and was told I had to wait 3 weeks for them to investigate the safety issue. BUT BMW Assist booked me into the same dealer the same day. But Sytner did the job. The receipt included a Citnow video but I never got one.

The team were great at the Dealership and service was quick, It was disappointing to see that none of info I gave on the online check in a few days prior to appointment were not on the job card. Also my instruction to keep seat as is were ignored.

Straight forward process from deciding on the model to looking at different cars that were available in the production line to placing the order and then the car being delivered within the time advised.
