Gerry and Kevin sorted the return of our existing PCP and financing the new car with no fuss and exceptional speed - car was delivered extremely quickly and we were even sorted a pool car for the few days between the hand back and delivery

A pleasant showroom and staff. Ahsan took time to show me all the workings of the car and didn't rush things . I found a small scratch on the new car and he ensured that this was rectified to my satisfaction. Ryan from body shop was very helpful.

It was a trouble free dealing with the dealer. The salesman was very helpfull and I was regulerly got updates on the satus of the delivery etc.

Fitted me in as an emergency but didnt bother to reset the tyre pressure gauge. Tyre pressure was too low when I reset it. Now have to take the car to a garage to pump the tyres up. Clearly didnt test the repair which is poor

They took the car in and looked over it as soon as they could.

Good end result but was told the service and mot would take 2 hours max and it took nearer 3.5 hours. Also no coffee that day as machine broken.

I use the dealership because I expect my car to be taken care of properly without cutting corners and to receive a high standard of customer service, sadly on this occasion the dealership failed to deliver the full customer service standard.

The service is polite and communication is precise but the treatment and repairs of the car are way below what I would expect for the prices I'm paying. I have been loyal to the garage but that will have to change
