Everything worked. Previous BMW written off and I needed another quickly. Matt Haynes & I sourced a suitable replacement vehicle within the Sytner Group which was delivered to Tring and prepared for the off before I could get the cash sorted.

When buying a new car I always ask for Gerry Lane, as I know he will help me choose the right model for my needs. Once received he spends time to make sure I am aware of new features and functions and is happy for me to call if I have more questions.

Great experience, only comment was that registration was only confirmed less than 24 hours before collection and therefore gave me precious little time to arrange my insurance as it was a working day

The staff made us feel very welcome from the moment we stepped in. They were polite, friendly and very attentive to me and my young son. He was given a small gift which made his day! The showroom was immaculate and coffee and biscuits a great bonus.

Car was booked in ok, only when I got there told I would have to leave for a few days. communication was ok on day 1 and 2, then nothing on day 3, I had to chase effectively 2 working days after to see if the car was ready.

After some initial confusion, Sytner Tring went out of their way to meet my needs. This comprised a courtesy car, and a birthday gift for my mother. Both of which were much appreciated. Elaine and Sam (and the receptionist) deserve special praise.
