The purchasing of the car was straightforward. I did not feel pressured to buy the car, all my options were fully explained to me. Handover of the car was fantastic customer service. I felt special as a buyer and the whole experience was brilliant.

Everyone and particularly Nathan were very friendly, responsive, and helpful and the car was serviced thoroughly. Given the 2 weeks without a car, I'd have appreciated a courtesy car option that was unfortunately not available or on offer.

I asked them to wash my car. But it hadn't been washed. It was returned to me dirty. They also insisted I bring the reviled car back as soon as possible. This wasn't very nice either, but other than that, everything was fine.
