Excellent service from Matt Haynes and colleagues (Kevin, Louise, etc). After-sales advice from Matt Haynes and Phil Barrett was excellent. I've might have dropped one star only because centre is very busy which can lead to long waits.

Everything worked. Previous BMW written off and I needed another quickly. Matt Haynes & I sourced a suitable replacement vehicle within the Sytner Group which was delivered to Tring and prepared for the off before I could get the cash sorted.

The (admittedly free) valeting was not as thorough as previously. Conversely, Nathan Lynch, the service advisor, was first class. His efforts confirmed there was no need to replace the windscreen wipers.

It took almost 1.5 days to complete a brake fluid and a/c service on my 745e. I had hoped to pick my car up by 5.30 pm but only got a call at 5.10 to say I could pick up at 9.30 next day. Eventually it was released to me at 10.30 . No video report to

When i called to check the status, they said my car was going in to be washed so give it 30 minutes. When i picked it up, it hadn't been washed. The person who answered the phone wasn't particularly friendly either. Rarely have a good experience here

Sytner Tring are always very professional and courteous. However what let them down on this occasion is the wait that i endured for my service and MOT. I was initially informed that this would entail a 2 hour wait. This turned into 4.5 hours.

Car was booked in ok, only when I got there told I would have to leave for a few days. communication was ok on day 1 and 2, then nothing on day 3, I had to chase effectively 2 working days after to see if the car was ready.

After some initial confusion, Sytner Tring went out of their way to meet my needs. This comprised a courtesy car, and a birthday gift for my mother. Both of which were much appreciated. Elaine and Sam (and the receptionist) deserve special praise.
